Humidity

Humidity calibration is carried out in a Sanyo humidity chamber. The range of measurements is from 5% to 98% rh within a temperature calibration range of 10°C to 85°C. The measurement uncertainty is from 2% rh for temperatures below 50°C and from 2.5% for temperatures above 50°C.
