TRAINEES REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
The successful candidate will have a desire to learn all aspects of calibration and test & measurement practices, to the highest level in a busy, quality driven environment.
A proven ability in maths and good communication skills are important, therefore, Grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English are essential. Desirable skills include a familiarity with PC based applications including Word and Excel. Full training will be provided.
Trainee Temperature and Humidity Calibration Technician
You will learn how to calibrate instrumentation to specification, record measurements and make calculations. Complete reports by hand or on to computer.
Temperature technician will start by calibrating temperature probes, dataloggers and thermometers.
Further training will be given in humidity and pressure calibration.
37.5 Hours per week
Pay Under 20 £9.00 per hour.
Pay 20 to 22 £10.40 per hour.
Pay Over Age 22 £10.90 per hour.
