Absolute Calibration is one of the country’s leading independent calibration and repair provider for all types of measurement parameters including electrical, pressure, temperature and humidity measuring instruments.

Primary function

Ensuring the safe loading and delivery of equipment to the customer site.

Ensuring all documentation is available for delivery.

Calculation of the most beneficial and cost effective route with environmental consideration.

Overnight's as far as North Yorkshire once every two weeks.

Scotland once every three months.

Secondary function

Maintaining a good respect for the company van and company image.

A self-motivated person of 21 years or over (due to insurance restriction) is required with excellent driving and communication skills, able to work on their own initiative and navigate the allocated route in an efficient manner.  Candidates shall have a methodical approach and be prepared to learn different geographical routes.  Candidates will be required to be flexible with regard to working hours and be required to stay out overnight. Previous delivery experience and satellite navigation experience would be beneficial, but not essential.

Hours: Mon to Fri - 42.0 hours per week (average).

SALARY: £28,600.00

Occasional Overnight required

Pay includes overnight allowance.
