7-Day Turnaround
All instruments that require calibration carried out in our laboratory, will be returned in 7 days.
Free Collection and Delivery
All customers who fall within our daily transport runs receive free collection and delivery. They are serviced by our fleet of specially equipped vehicles to ensure safe delivery. All instruments are fully insured from collection to delivery.
If you are not within our delivery routes, then we would be happy to recieve your instruments by carrier. Please see our Packing Instruments Guide.

Calibration Reminders
All instruments we calibrate are automatically added to our re-calibration database. The month before the next calibration is due we will send you a reminder. You can also produce your own reminders from the On-line HelpDesk.
